Introducing crowd status boards for events

Share event conditions at a glance

Crowd status boards are designed for school festivals, exhibitions, community events, and other venues with multiple activities. Create a board without signing up, then share a read-only public URL with visitors and a management URL with staff.

  • Show available, getting busy, crowded, paused, or finished
  • Add wait times, locations, and descriptions for the event and each activity
  • Update conditions from a phone in a few taps
  • Find boards you manage from your device or account

Refresh only when you need the latest information

The public view fetches the latest information when a visitor presses Refresh instead of updating automatically. This keeps the experience practical for events while reducing traffic so we can continue offering the feature for free.

Protect management with Google accounts

By default, anyone with the secret management URL can make updates. With Premium, you can limit access to people signed in with specified Google accounts.
