Memotto crowd status board
Staff update conditions manually. It suits teams that need to publish crowd levels, waits and locations for several activities without accounts or hardware.
Ticket and virtual queue systems
Best when each visitor needs a number, call-up or notification. Memotto does not issue tickets or send individual alerts.
Camera and sensor counting
Best for large facilities that require continuous headcounts. Hardware and setup are required, but staff do less manual updating.
“Live” does not mean automatic monitoring. Staff changes are saved immediately, and visitors see the newest information when they press Refresh.
Event crowd status board FAQ
Is the crowd status board free?
Yes. Creating, publishing and updating a board are free. Restricting management to selected Google accounts is a Premium feature.
Do I need an account or app?
No for the basic features. Organizers create boards in a browser, and visitors open the public URL in a browser.
Does the crowd status update automatically?
No. It does not count people or auto-refresh the page. Staff change the status, and visitors press Refresh to retrieve the latest information.
Can several staff members update the board?
Yes. Share the same management URL with staff. Premium can additionally require sign-in with specified Google accounts.
Can visitors edit the public board?
No. The visitor URL is read-only. Editing requires the secret management URL issued when the board is created.
Will my board appear in a public Memotto directory?
No. Memotto does not list live boards. People can visit through the URL you share. Search engines may index it if they discover a link elsewhere.
